Current Opportunities
Bridging & Development Finance Consultants (OTE £100k+)
- 2+ years experience of brokering and structuring deals within the specialist property finance sector
- CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be an advantage
- Solid understanding and proven track record of structuring property finance (bridging loans, development loans, BTL and commercial mortgages etc)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, transparent and driven individuals
- Articulate, Numerate and Confident
Regulated Bridging and BTL Consultants (Cemap Qualified. OTE £75K+)
- 2+ years experience of brokering and structuring deals within the specialist property finance sector
- CeMAP qualified essential
- Solid understanding and proven track record of structuring property finance (bridging loans, development loans, residential mortgages, BTL or commercial mortgages)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, transparent and driven individuals
- Articulate, Numerate and Confident
Case Managers (OTE £40-£45k)
- At least 1 years’ experience in property finance (mortgage lending or bridging)
- CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be preferred
- Good understanding of credit reports, KYC, AML and fraud prevention systems
- Ability to deal with a high volume workflow and be able to prioritise accordingly
- Technology-savvy with a passion for building a new, market-leading
- Enthusiastic and driven individuals able to form strong relationships.
- Professional phone manner and good written communication skills
- Organised, Articulate, Numerate and Confident and a good attention to detail
Trainee Property Finance Consultants (OTE £40-45k)
- CF1, full/part CeMAP qualified will be preferred
- Good understanding of property finance (bridging loans, development loans, BTL and commercial mortgages etc)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
