  • The building cost

How do you calculate the interest in development finance? +

Lenders calculate interest on borrowed amount over term. The variance can be observed on:

  • What costs are included in the gross amount
  • The amount and timing of drawdowns
  • Entry and exit fee
Who can access development finance? +

An individual or a company can apply for development finance. A few lenders may only lend money to those who have prior experience in successfully completing the development project.
