CBILS Refinance for 10 Luxury Units
We arranged the original development finance for this client and assisted in a refinance CBILS loan when COVID hit the sales process. The site consisted on 8 luxury apartments and 2 houses and was practically finished. We redeemed the original loan and gave the client 12 months to sell the units and also released funding to finish the landscaping in the large grounds it sat in.
