Land Assembly for BTR Units
This was a technical loan that was required to enable a land assembly to be completed which would help trigger successful planning permission. We negotiated a loan of 60% LTV based on full market value and the planning was for 495 BTR units. The client had forward funding agreed with the main contractor to take the project forward.
