We worked with an existing client of ours to arrange a loan to acquire a site where planning permission had been granted which triggered the option agreement. The scheme was in a large regeneration area in East London and the planning was for a mixed-use scheme of 23,000 ft2 of commercial space and 49 apartments totalling 24,000 ft2.
